Mirek Topolánek zal programma Tsjechisch voorzitterschap presenteren (en)
Met dank overgenomen van Tsjechisch voorzitterschap Europese Unie 1e helft 2009, gepubliceerd op dinsdag 13 januari 2009.
The President of the European Council, M. Topolánek, will participate in the plenary session of the European Parliament held in Strasbourg on 14 January from 9:00 o’clock in order to present the programme and the priorities of the Czech Presidency.
The agenda of the session will further include a discussion of the priorities with Members of the European Parliament and responses to their questions, known as ‘grilling’, that will last until 12:00 o’ clock.
President of the EU General Affairs and External Relations Council Karel Schwarzenberg will also speak in the European Parliament on the same day regarding the current situation in Gaza.
